Shell re-branded their loyalty scheme and needed a new creative platform to launch the new Shell rewards programme called Shell GO+.
Our idea explored the positive ramifications of when you use the app.
‘GOOD THINGS HAPPEN WHEN YOU GO+ IT’
For launch we created a social film that starred ‘Betty’, who found herself having an above average day with things just going her way, due to the fact that she GO+ it and got 10% off hot drinks, money off fuel and a surprise freebie.
We explored how Good Things Happen When You GO+ could work in forecourt channels such as roadside banners, gigantor posters, pump stands and in-store P.O.S. And because we knew we were having to compete with other Shell comms in that environment, we used a bold, illustrated typographic approach to stand out that matched a lifestyle good thing happening like ‘Doing the school run in the Pjs. Undetected.’ with a good thing that you get when you GO+ it + ‘Money off fuel’.
