Brief: Make taking care and monitoring your local waterways, easy and affordable to scale up.
Idea: iBob. A smart paper boat.
The bottom of the paper boat reacts with the chemicals in the water. You then share the photo onto the Thames 21 site which would read the colours in the paper and log the pollution levels on a local and national scale.
